Field Recording Behind The Scenes 67 - Setting up the rooftop tent on an overland trip through Namibia
On long field recording expeditions it's quite important to have enough rest between days in the field. Whether I'm driving, hiking, climbing trees, scaling dunes, I love to wind down at the end of the day once all my rigs are out in the field. On my solo expedition to Namibia I had a very comfortable rooftop tent that only took a few minutes to set up. This gave me enough time to make a campfire and to relax before falling asleep to the sounds of the African bush.
