Whether you're at home or in the gym, this session will push you to get stronger, move with purpose, and tighten and tone from head to toe. All you need is a pair of dumbbells and your determination.
The breakdown of this workout:
3 Circuits, 5 Exercises X 3 Sets! Each exercise is performed for 40 seconds with a 20 second rest. The next exercise is demonstrated 10 seconds before the start of the 40 second timer so feel to jump in when you are ready!
