Perfect for all fitness levels — modify as needed, but never stop moving! Whether you're training at home or on the go, this session will ignite your metabolism and carve out serious strength and endurance.

The breakdown of this workout:
5 Circuits, 3 Exercises x 3 Sets. Each exercise is performed for 40 seconds with a 20 second rest. The next exercise is demonstrated 10 seconds before the start of the 40 second timer so feel to jump in when you are ready!

⚡ Intensity: High with jumping movements, however if you need low impact, just keep your feet on the ground!
⚡ Equipment: Mat
⚡ Time: 45 minutes (total time with warm-up and cooldown = about 59 minutes)
