🌺Timming 30_40mins

✅For Dough
🌺Ingredients
⬇️

🌺1.All Purpose Flour 2Cups
🌺2.Ghee 2Tbsp
🌺3.Pani as Required
🌺4.Salt 1tsp

✅For Filling
⬇️

🌺1.Chicken Boiled (Sharaded) 1/2Kg
🌺2.Salt 1tsp
🌺3.Black pepper
🌺4.Onion Chopped 1Cup
🌺5.Oil 2_3Tbsp
🌺6.Ginger_Garlic Paste 1tsp

✅For Slary
⬇️
🌺1.All Purpose Flour 2_3Tbsp
🌺2.Desi Ghee 3_4Tbsp

✅Direction
⬇️

🌺1.In a bowl,add all purpose flour,ghee,salt and mix well.Gradually add water and knead until a smooth dough is formed,Cover and let it rest for 20mins.

🌺2.In Wok,add Oil and onion and sauty it for 4_5mins then add ginger_garlic paste and boiled sharaded Chicken mix it well.

🌺3.Now add Salt and Pepper and Cook until Chicken Changes the Color.And let it Cool.

🌺4.In a bowl,add all purpose flour and Pure Ghee,Mix Well and Set Aside.

🌺5.Take a dough and make a Small balls.Take a one ball,coat in dry flour and roll out with the help of rolling pin and spread flour ghee mixture.

🌺6.Now fold all four sides,Press and rolled out again.

🌺7.In Center of the dough,add chicken filling,Press and Seal all four edges.Again seel all four edges and twist gently(make 7_8kachori)

🌺8.In a Wok,add Cooking Oil and Fry on low flame untill golden brown.
