Easy Vegan Recipe | How To Make Pan-Fried Bao Buns with Pizza Dough [Fluffy with Crispy Bottom]
Ingredients:
(18 small buns)
400 g Pizza Crust
Filling and Seasoning
50 g mung bean vermicelli
150 g eggplant
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp white vinegar
200 g firm tofu
100 g green beans
3 tbsp of oil
3 tbsp minced green onion
1 tbsp minced ginger
1 tbsp light soya sauce
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
2 tbsp chili pepper
1 tbsp garlic slices
1 tbsp roasted sesame oil
starch water:
1 tsp starch
1 tsp flour
200 ml water
sauce:
3 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp roasted sesame oil
1 tbsp homemade chilli oil
cilantro
