Two-Day Itinerary 📍 Kasar Devi, Uttarakhand
Budget - Under 10K
The Volvo bus to and from Delhi would cost around Rs 999 (one-way) for a sleeper seat.
Sharing taxis and local buses are fairly cheap.
You can rent a scooty for around Rs 400-500 excluding petrol.
Food would cost around 2k for 2 days.
Stay at goSTOPS Kasar Devi in a dorm for 2 nights would cost Rs 800.
Here’s a two-day itinerary for #KasarDevi:
Day 0
Take overnight bus or train from Delhi to #Haldwani / #Kathgodam.
Day 1
Take a sharing taxi from Haldwani to #Almora and then from Almora to Kasar Devi.
Check-in at goSTOPS Kasar Devi at 1 pm.
Have lunch at our in-house cafe.
Rest for a couple of hours.
Socialize with fellow travelers at the hostel.
Day 2
Rent a scooty.
Visit the Chitai Golu Devta Temple - 6 km from goSTOPS

Mrig Vihar Zoo - 2.2 km from goSTOPS

Visit Kasar Devi Temple during the golden hour.
Day 3
From Kasar Devi to Almora to Haldwani by sharing taxi.
Take an overnight bus to Delhi.
