Get ready for a fun 30 minutes using your suspension trainer! 3 Rounds of 9 exercises, plus a cardio finisher! No talking this time around, so listen for those audio cues. This workout includes a warm-up and cool down.
Intervals are 40 seconds on / 20 seconds rest.
Exercises done today include:
Squats
Alternating Back Lunges
Bicep Curls
Curtsy to Side Lunge Right
Curtsy to Side Lunge Left
High - Low Rows
Back Lunge to Knee Up Right
Back Lunge to Knee Up Left
Y-Fly to Pushdown
Jumping Jacks (20 seconds on / 10 off)
