In this video, I am preparing authentic Punjabi Style Paneer Bhurji at home. This dhaba-style paneer recipe is spicy, flavorful, and made using curd mixed with aromatic Indian spices for a rich North Indian taste.
The masalas are blended with curd and cooked slowly with fried onions, giving this Paneer Bhurji a delicious Punjabi-style texture and flavor.
This recipe pairs perfectly with roti, chapati, paratha, naan, or even bread.
🧀 Ingredients Used:
• Oil
• Onion
• Curd (yogurt)
• Coriander powder
• Jeera powder
• Red chilli powder
• Besan (gram flour)
• Kasuri methi
• Garam masala
• Fresh paneer
• Coriander leaves
• Salt (as required)
👩🍳 Preparation Method:
1. Heat oil and fry onions until golden.
2. In a bowl, mix curd with coriander powder, jeera powder, chilli powder, besan, kasuri methi, and garam masala.
3. Add this curd-masala mixture to the pan and cook on low flame.
4. Stir continuously to prevent curd from splitting.
5. Add crumbled paneer and mix well.
6. Cook for a few minutes and garnish with coriander leaves.
