Hurricane Ike hits Galveston Island in 2008. This was an educational project for an advance editing class in film school. Students could use Premiere Pro or Avid Media Composer. This was edited using Avid's Media Composer. The job was to sort through all various footage and materials provided by EditStock and create a 7 minute story. Materials were provided by EditStock Educational Licenses. Some still photos in this video were not provided by EditStock, but used to complete the project for a grade. Uploaded as a sample reel as a documentary editor. "Students are allowed to use EditStock Educational material on their demo reels and post it to popular video sharing sites like YouTube, Vimeo or their personal websites."
