Reverse Dieting - I get the point you want to slowly add in calories so you don't put on a lot of fat but at the same time if its 8 weeks after the show and you still at the same weight is that not 8 weeks of not making any muscle gains as well as not gaining some fat back? I would think you would want to slowly get your body fat back to 8% to start normalizing hormone levels so that you can start adding some muscle or is the primary goal to maximize your metabolism before upping body fat?
