Today is a full body AMRAP workout so be ready to crush this one focusing on your upper body, lower body, and a bit of core. In this workout I will give you 4 or 3 minutes and two exercises to complete within that time. You will perform 8 reps of each exercise as many rounds as possible until the time of that circuit is over! I used my 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, and 30 pound dumbbells so grab some weights that are appropriate for some as light as a standing chest fly and as heavy as a sumo squat! I also used my pink medium glute resistance band today, so grab yours if you have it! If not, grab yours here! https://www.royalchange.fit/store/p46...

5. Lateral lunges
6. Standing cross body chest fly

7. Superman pull back
8. Fire hydrants

12. Abductions

13. Curtsy Lunge pass through
14. Wood Choppers

15. Seated Tuck with Shoulder Press
16. Inner Thigh lift and Row
