Tiege Hanley has had an interesting business life. During the first 2.5 years, the company grew 200% annually and was ignorant to their own success. They were converting so many sales that they disregarded churn. Also, people were continually entering the sales funnel so they were not focused on retention which actually ‘wasn't that great’. But the company hit some speed bumps thereafter when the business slowed and growth became more difficult.
