Welcome to Day 21 of the 30 Day New Year, New Rhythm Yoga Challenge!
Today’s practice is a 15-minute nervous system reset combining Nadi Shodhana (alternate nostril breathing) with a gentle Yin yoga sequence to help calm the mind, release tension, and support deep regulation.
We’ll begin with Nadi Shodhana to steady the breath and balance the nervous system, then move into longer-held, Yin-inspired postures that invite stillness, softness, and surrender. This practice is about slowing down and allowing the body to rest and restore.
This practice is especially supportive if you’re:
• feeling overstimulated or anxious
• craving rest and grounding
• needing to regulate your nervous system
• looking for a gentle, calming close to your practice
You don’t need to do more.
You don’t need to push.
