Steps:
Prepping Porkbelly
1. Cut the Pork belly to Equal Sizes
2. Put Porkbelly in Boiled Water (This Process Get Rid of Impurities in Meat)
3. Take out the Porkbelly and Run it through Cold Water
4. Add a Little Oil to Prevent Meat from Stick to the Wok
5. Put the Pork Belly In and Cook Until Slightly Golden Brown on Each Side
6. Turn the Wok to Cook the Porkbelly Evenly
7. Add 2Tbsp of Rice Wine
8. Add 4 Tbsp of Soy Sauce
9. Take out the Porkbelly for Seasonings
Seasonings
1. 1 Tbsp of Sugar
2. 1 Tbsp of White Pepper
3. 4 Tbsp of Red Yeast
4. Mix Well
Cook
1. Arrange the Porkbelly in 3 Rolls
2. Pour the Remaining Seasonings over the Porkbelly
3. Steam with High Fire for 5 Min
4. Turn down to Mid Fire and Steam for 2 Hrs
5. Flip the Porkbelly to the Opposite Side
6. Steam for another x Min
7. Take out the Porkbelly
8. Reduce the Sauce Further Over High Fire
9. Pour the Sauce Over the Porkbelly
10. Enjoy it with RIce
