For the slurry:

1. Cumin powder : 1 tsp
2. Coriander powder : 1 tsp
3. Turmeric powder : 1/4 tsp
4. Water : 2 tbsp

Main Cooking:

1. Oil : 2 tbsp for frying shrimp + 1 tbsp for cooking
2. Kashmiri red chili powder : 1 tsp
3. Coconut Milk : 1 cup
4. Bamboo Shoots : 1 cups (300 grams drained weight)
5. Warm water : 1/2 cup
6. Sugar : 1/4 tsp
