I know, I know, it has been far too long! I have had a crazy few months and the weight loss side of things was put very much on the back burner (content-wise). So I am back with an update and to celebrate both hitting my goal weight, and to look to the future. What is maintenance going to look like for me? How am I feeling about it all? Let's work through it together.
