In my final video from my November 2021 trip, I fly on a real aviation enthusiast flight. I flew on the Airbus A380 with British Airways from London Heathrow to Madrid Barajas.

(Throughout most of November 2021, British Airways flew their GIANT A380 on their daily short haul European flights to 1 hour flights to Frankfurt 🇩🇪 and 2 hour flights to Madrid Spain 🇪🇸. This was in order to retrain the crew who like most other people hadn't flown on the Superjumbo for almost 20 MONTHS and flying short flights would give them the opportunity to practice all the duty they were required to do. Such as Pilots performing takeoff and landings)

I arrived nice and early at my favourite airport in the world, London Heathrow and I seriously enjoyed my time watching all the aircraft on the tarmac including the BA A350 and 787s. However the highlight was the single British Airways A380, everyone was taking pictures of this truly huge aircraft. Even as I was boarding there were aviation enthusiast and cameras everywhere.

I boarded and walked to the back of the Economy class and took my seat and we were given very warm welcome from the cabin crew and soon we were taking off and heading for Spain 🇪🇸

The cabin and the seats of the BA A380 are among the oldest in the fleet, but it was great for this 2 hour Intereuropean Flight. The true highlight of this flight was the tour of the aircraft being offering including of the off limit Upper Deck and the A380 First Class. I got to try out each of the 4 classes of seat. At the end of the flight I got to visit the cockpit. (At the start of 2021, an A380 cockpit was the LAST place I thought I would get too that year)
