A simple remedy to reduce leg swelling and fatigue and improve blood circulation. Easy, accessible to many, this somatic yoga exercise can help you feel better if you have swollen legs, swollen ankles, tired legs, lower back pain, or if you're simply feeling down or feeling tired in general.
All you need is a chair or even your sofa, and 5 minutes or so to relax.
