In our current lifestyle, most of us spend a lot of time sitting on a chair, at a desk, in a car, on a sofa, etc., which can lead to pain and aches in the lower back area.
This 20-minute somatic yoga class includes gentle exercises and easy movements to ease lower back tension. If your pain is acute or chronic, it is always a good idea to check with your health professional before you engage in any form of exercise to make sure it is appropriate for you.
