If you’re going through it sis, there’s nothing to be ashamed of. We all have bad days (or even bad weeks, months, or years).🥺
I totally get it.🙋🏾♀️
I went through a cycle of hating my body and trying to change it for YEARS before I realized that I couldn’t HATE my body into loving it!❤️
The same applies to YOU, sis. Losing weight is not going to magically solve all your problems, make you happy, or make you more worthy and whole as a person.👍🏾
When all is said and done, what matters most is what’s INSIDE. It all starts with your mindset.👏🏾
Here are just some of the affirmations that have worked well for my clients and I.🥰
💪🏾My power is on the inside
👏🏾 I am more than my appearance
🙋🏾♀️I am learning to love and accept my body
🙅🏾♀️My flaws are made up BS
👍🏾 I look exactly the way I'm supposed to
