Hi early bird, welcome to your full body (5AM) morning stretch to get your body and mind ready for a productive and energetic day. We start with a brief, grounding meditation to connect to our breath and still the mind. Then we slowly stretch out our muscles through a sequence of yoga-inspired poses to start the day feeling open and flexible, ready to receive the new opportunities that come your way.
You’ll be amazed at the difference these 15 minutes of quality movement can make!
This sequence provides short on-screen cues only with ambient background music and a subtle timer, allowing you to fully focus on the sensations within. Remember to respect your limits, stop when experiencing sharp pains, move slowly and breathe deeply.
