Описание: This super delicious vegan meal plan has 2 breakfasts and 5 lunches/dinners! You do a day of prep on Sunday, and then all of these meals take just minutes to make using the prepped elements from your refrigerator. There is a simple, protein-packed tofu salad that doubles as a tofu scramble, creamy, fiber-rich lemon chickpeas, jalapeno mac and cheese, plus two curries. And, as a bonus recipe, I'm showing you how to make a chickpea blondie that you can eat as breakfast, dessert, or a snack.

I dont like eating same thing during the week. So i prep a few components to whip up fresh meals in 5-10 minutes. For this meal plan, we cook chickpeas, bake tofu, chop veggies, make cashew cream and use it in several ways
