This 60-minute yoga flow is designed to create openness, space, and expansion through the front body — including the chest, shoulders, abdomen, hip flexors, and front thighs. The class moves at a steady, mindful pace, weaving together heart-opening postures, gentle backbends, and fluid transitions to support breath and ease in the body.
This is an all-levels yoga class with options offered throughout. You’re invited to move in a way that feels appropriate for your body, take breaks when needed, and modify or skip any poses. Listening to your body and honoring your own limits is always part of the practice.
