Welcome to this gentle 30-minute Yin Yoga class designed to release tension from head to toe. Perfect for winding down, reconnecting to breath, or simply softening into your body after a long day.
We’ll move slowly and intentionally through each area of the body — beginning with the neck and shoulders and ending in deep rest — using props like blocks and a bolster to support each pose with comfort and ease.
