Jet lag in Japan is a strange experience. One moment you are walking through the neon lights of Ginza at dusk, and the next, you are waking up at 3:00 AM while the rest of the city is dead silent. 🌙
In this episode, I take you through a sleepless night in Tokyo. We start with the evening rush in Ginza and Tokyo Station, try to sleep, and then wake up deep in the night to walk from Ryogoku across the Sumida River to Asakusa.
The night ends in Ueno as the sun begins to rise, finding comfort in the only place that makes sense at that hour: a hot bowl of Ichiran Ramen. 🍜
This is the reality of fighting time zones in one of the world's biggest cities.
