' Ellum kappayum ' , A traditional Kerala item. We need bull's bone (preferably bone of tail region is best) and tapioca to make this.

For boiling tapioca;

Curry leaves.
For final mixing;
Onion. -1/2kg

Dried red chillies. -2nos
Green Chilly. -2nos
Turmeric powder. -2teaspoon
Kashmiri chilly powder. -3tblspoon
Coriander powder. -2tblspoon
Meat masala. -2tblspoon
