Welcome to our January Pilates session, designed to help you start the year feeling strong, grounded, and supported. This gentle, low-impact Pilates class focuses on improving core strength, flexibility, posture, and body awareness, while honoring where your body is today.
This class is suitable for all levels, including beginners, individuals recovering from illness, and those looking for a mindful, restorative way to move. Modifications are always encouraged, and you’re welcome to move at your own pace or simply rest when needed.
