Let's have some fun and sweat it out with this cardio kickboxing workout today. We are turning up the dial by adding 1 lb hand weights (this is optional) or weighted boxing gloves to add resistance to those punches! 18 moves hitting arms, legs and core. The time will go by fast as we move to the beat! Grab light weights, your mat and water. Make sure to take breaks when needed. LET’S GO!
