Описание: Today's Low Impact Cardio HIIT is all about getting that range of motion to increase the intensity. Not only will you burn calories but also strengthen the arms, legs, core and glutes. This is knee friendly, no jumping , no deep lunges, no excuses! The workout is geared for all levels. We have 10 moves, 45 seconds of work with 15 seconds rest for 1 round. We then do 2 rounds of 30 seconds work with 10 seconds rest. Go for the range and not the speed. All you need for today’s workout is a mat and water. LET’S GO!
