We haven’t explored Forearm Stand (Pincha Mayurasana) in a while, so let’s dive in! Physically, we’ll open and strengthen the upper body, core, and hamstrings to prepare to play upside down. Energetically, we’ll weave in the concept of non-attachment - embracing the practice both when things don't go our way, but also when they do.
