It's very easy to find Mickey-shaped waffles throughout Disney world at many different breakfast buffets and on menus, but Mickey-shaped pancakes are in short supply! One of the restaurants that serves Mickey-shaped pancakes at Disney world is at the Fresh Mediterranean Market at the Dolphin Hotel.
In this short video, we share our personal pancake recipe and test out the new silicone Mickey Mouse pancake mold we got at World of Disney in Orlando, FL. Spoiler alert: SUCCESS! These were a huge hit and fun to eat on our Mickey plate with our Mickey fork. Yep, we're obsessed with the mouse.
