In this talk, Hellen Telles invites us to pause and examine the direction behind our speed. She challenges the belief that progress is measured only by momentum, asking whether innovation without reflection can truly serve humanity.

If we don’t choose our direction consciously, acceleration becomes drift.

The future does not depend only on how fast we move, but on whether we know why we are running at all. Hellen Telles is a FIFA-licensed football agent, communicator, and founder of For Clubs, a company focused on building and strengthening international relationships between clubs. With 10 years in sports management, she has dedicated most of her career to planning and developing the paths of professional athletes. Influenced by her father José and by the rise of her brother, player Alex Telles, she chose the backstage of the game to shape what happens on the field.

Hellen holds a degree in Physical Education and advanced training from FGV, CBF Academy, and an MBA in Sports Entity Management from the Real Madrid Graduate School. She has managed major international transfers and was deeply involved in Alex Telles’s journey to the 2022 FIFA World Cup. Today, she is part of the 5% of women among FIFA agents worldwide, standing out as a reference for female leadership in global football.
