The proposed solution is demonstrated through a real balancing process and is intended for industrial enterprises, service companies, and maintenance teams working with rotating machinery.

The Balanset-1A system is designed for in-situ balancing without dismantling the rotor. This approach allows vibration reduction and load minimization on bearings while avoiding equipment downtime. The balancing process is performed under actual operating conditions, which increases accuracy and reliability of the results.

During operation, vibration sensors are installed perpendicular to the rotor axis, and a laser tachometer is mounted using a magnetic stand. The Balanset-1A device is connected to a Windows-based laptop with dedicated software. The system performs vibration measurement, phase detection, and rotational speed tracking. Two-plane balancing is carried out using trial weights, after which the software automatically calculates correction masses and their angular positions. The final result is confirmed by a measurable reduction in vibration velocity.

Balanset-1A provides measurement of vibration velocity RMS, vibration phase, and rotational speed, supports FFT spectrum analysis, and calculates influence coefficients. Correction masses are determined in accordance with ISO 1940 balancing tolerances. All measurement data are stored and can be reused for repeat balancing of identical fan impellers or for documentation and reporting.

The solution is applicable to fans, exhausters, pumps, and other rotating machinery in industrial plants, power facilities, and maintenance services. The portability of the system allows it to be used both in workshops and directly at the installation site.
