Balanset-1A is used as a universal tool for vibration measurement and dynamic balancing directly on installed machinery. All examples shown were carried out under real operating conditions, without removing the rotors, which makes it possible to take into account the influence of supports, structural stiffness, and machine operating modes.

The balancing process is based on the trial weight method. The device provides measurement of vibration velocity, vibration phase, and rotational speed, as well as automatic calculation of correction weights. Depending on the rotor type, balancing is performed in one or two planes with balancing tolerances calculated in accordance with ISO 1940.

The video has an overview character and is intended to demonstrate the capabilities of the Balanset-1A system in solving typical balancing and vibration diagnostic tasks. The presented examples reflect routine industrial and service practice.

Balanset-1A is used for balancing fans, pumps, mulchers, shafts, and other rotating machinery, helping to reduce vibration levels and improve equipment reliability.
