I finally took your advice! I am tackling the holy grail of West Country food: The Cornish Pasty. I'm using a 1951 recipe from Nell Heaton combined with a modern British Cookbook to see if an American home cook can get it right.
Spoiler Alert: The taste was a 9/10, but the crimping... well, let's just say I tried my best. I also have a quick taste test of a Lion Bar while the pasties bake.
