Prior to the development of the Gerson Group, Errol was Director of Strategic Planning and New Media at CAA, COO of National Lampoon Television and was the co-founder and CEO of cow-Interactive—one of the first interactive Design and Advertising agencies in the US.

As an educator Errol Gerson has been teaching Business Management, Entrepreneurship and Leadership for Designers at the world renowned Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, for the past 47 years. Teaching some 6,500 students over a period of more than 141 continuous semesters.
