North German Television requested a 4-minute live broadcast version of "Black Magic Woman", so I arranged this.
We landed at exactly 4 minutes. :-)
I was musical director for The Magic of Santana for five years until March 2016. We regularly featured original members of Santana.
This May 8th, 2015 TV broadcast featured Alex Ligertwood (Santana lead vocalist 1979-1993) and Kirk Smith (The Voice Germany) on vocals, and Pablo Escayola (James Last) on percussion.
The band:
Gerd Schlueter - lead guitar, backing vocals.
Jürgen Sosnowski - guitar, backing vocals, percussion.

Martin "Wunz" Hohmeier - bass.
