The Magic of Santana are Europe's premier Santana show and regularly feature Original Members of Carlos Santana's band.
This show was the first of two show we had the incredible honour to play with the great Raùl Rekow on congas, shortly before he transitioned.
We are humbled and grateful to have shared the stage with Raùl; may his beautiful soul live in peace eternal.
Thank you Raùl.
Alex Ligertwood was Lead Vocalist for Santana from 1979-1994. He has also performed with The Jeff Beck Group, The Senate, Brian Auger's Oblivion Express, the Average White Band, Narada Michael Walden, David Sancious, and others.
Recorded live at the 22. Nemzetközi Gastroblues Fesztivál (2014) - Paks, Hungary, July 4th, 2014.
