Summit Racing’s Project Jeep Wrangler Rubicon Build: Part 3, Engine & Exhaust Upgrades

Описание: In a previous video, we installed a larger wheel and tire combo on our Project Jeep Wrangler build. Now, we’re going to help get them moving with some smart Jeep Wrangler engine performance upgrades. And it starts under the hood with a functional cold air intake kit from S&B Filters. This air intake kit for the Jeep Wrangler will certainly improve throttle response and grunt off the line, but we’re also taking it one step further by adding an S&B Filters optional functional cold air intake hood scoop kit. This kit is really neat, because it installs without any cutting, in place of the Wrangler Rubicon’s existing hood vents. For some extra peace of mind, we install a BOLT hood lock too. Then we go underneath our Jeep Wrangler to install an MBRP Pro Series exhaust kit that’ll give the Wrangler a bit more personality in the form of a signature exhaust note. Best of all, both of these upgrades can be installed over a day with some basic know-how, ordinary hand tools, and maybe a friend or two. Want more info on the parts used in this build?
