I guess this would count as exposure therapy? As I'm writing this, I've developed a lot of peace with my social anxiety. My face doesn't get red and I actually stay for longer than an hour :) I don't force myself to socialise every day but weekly human interactions contribute A LOT to my mental health. I'm so glad I took the opportunity to move into a shared flat. It has been such a special experience so far.
