Описание: In this video, I head to one of Scotland’s most iconic locations, Dunnottar Castle, with one goal: to create powerful landscape images in less-than-perfect conditions.

We often hear that golden hour is the only time to capture beautiful landscapes. And while that soft light is hard to beat, it’s a mistake to write off the rest of the day. In fact, I’d argue that stormy weather can be even better.

Moody skies, dramatic light, and wild Scottish conditions can add real atmosphere and energy to your images. Something calm sunsets just can’t deliver.

In this video, I show you why embracing the storm might be the best decision you make as a landscape photographer.
