This post-exercise breathwork session is designed to help you enter recovery mode.
Recovery isn’t just something that happens with time.
It’s a physiological state you can actively move into.
Through breath awareness, physiological sighs, and extended exhales, you guide the body out of stress activation and into repair in this session.
These techniques help rebalance blood gases, lower cortisol after exertion, and shift your nervous system toward parasympathetic dominance.
When you consciously regulate your breathing after training:
You’re signaling safety.
You’re accelerating recovery.
All guidance, voice, and editing in this session are created by me.
I design these practices to be practical, grounded, and usable in real life.
