Описание: Welcome to my Sunday Reiki session. In this video, I'll be guiding you through a powerful and relaxing silent chakra alignment meditation using the gentle energy of Reiki.

As you settle into a comfortable position, I'll begin channeling healing energy to balance and harmonize each of your seven chakras. With no spoken words to distract you, you'll be able to fully immerse yourself in the soothing sounds of the music and feel the energy flow through your body. I will start by cleansing your aura with my Zen~Blend Cleansing Mist and selenite feather wand before opening, aligning and activating each chakra point starting with the root. Throughout this video I will be using a variety of crystals aligned to each chakra energy point to help assist in the energy alignment.
