🌱 Then we root into stability with the Root Chakra, supported by the energy of Bloodstone for strength and grounding.
💚 We move into the Heart Chakra, using Selenite to clear blockages and Green Aventurine to gently open the heart to balance and trust.
👁 Finally, we rise to the Third Eye Chakra, with Apophyllite to awaken clarity and insight, before sending in waves of divine light to integrate and align your energy.
This flow helps you release restlessness, feel safe in your body, and step into new beginnings with confidence and vision. Reiki knows no time or space, you’ll receive its benefits whenever you feel called to watch.
