I open my commercial coffee roaster up and show the inner workings. While it isn't a complete anatomy of a coffee roaster, we do look at many of the parts and pieces that make my roaster work and talk about what it takes to keep in operational. I also share the maintenance needed to help your coffee roaster last for years. My hope is that by looking inside a commercial coffee drum roaster, it will give you a better understanding of the inner workings and maintenance of these wonderful machines.
