Dr. Amanda Adams, Director the Central California Autism Center shares how her center has been able to use Skills®, a revolutionary tool, in their model classroom in order to more effectively get children caught up. Children on the Autism Spectrum are often missing important skills that are essential for success in the classroom. Dr. Adams explains how the CCAC is utilizing this new tool to more efficiently assess student's individual needs and the quickly access a curriculum to teach the neccessary skills that will set the student up for success. This curriculum includes vital social, cognitive and executive function skills that are not available elsewhere.
