Enrique Antonio “Iks” Reyes is Vice President and Head of Strategic Business Partnering at Converge ICT Solutions, Inc., one of the Philippines’ fastest-growing internet providers. With more than two decades of leadership experience across pharmaceuticals, construction, consumer technology, and ICT, he has guided organizations through transformation, digital pivots, and critical growth phases.

Iks is the creator and host of The Inspiring Leader Podcast, founder of Agile HR Philippines, and part of the Philippines Top 30 Leaders on LinkedIn community. A strong advocate of continuous learning, he is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration at De La Salle University.
