Creator Precision from Taiwan manufactures and designs a wide variety of injection molding machines for the plastics industry. At Taipei Plas 2016 they had the CD-200E Two Color Injection Molding Machine on display.
This series incorporates a direct clamping unit which allows for a more uniformed pressure on the mold which results in better quality products and higher accuracy.
The rotary table in this injection molding machine is servo-controlled which ensures accurate positioning. The x-axis is also servo/driven which makes it much more efficient than traditional models.
