In this video, we take a closer look at the FSL-TX1300 Smart Slitting Machine by HCI that was showcased at Taipei Plas 2016. It features an advanced design with extremely strong panels making it a sturdy, reliable machine with a long lifespan.

Additionally, the FSl-Series uses high-quality parts from Siemens, for example, the motors and the controllers as well as the interface technology Simatic HMI. You can easily check the status and setup of the machine from your tablet or smartphone - this HCI Smart Slitting Machine is ready for Industry 4.0.

Another special feature of this slitting machine is the blade setup: it employs a combination of fixed blades and circular shears. The positioning of the different blades and shears can be easily changed to suit production requirements. The slitting speed of this machine can reach up to 400m/min.

Once the material is completed, a device pushes it onto the discharge tree, that was thoughtfully designed to ensure easy operation, as you can see in the video.
