ingredients:
170 g warm milk(water)
1 tsp (3g) active dry yeast
1 egg
1 tbsp (15g) corn oil
1 tbsp (20g) honey
250 g whole wheat flour
20 g quick oats
1/4 tsp (2g) salt
Preheat the oven to 375°F/190°C in advance, and bake at the middle rack for about 20 minutes until the surface is golden brown.
